CRITERIA FOR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Defective Products – There is a 90 day warranty on defects in workmanship and materials. We will exchange the defective product for another one. Return postage is paid by Welcome Baby.
Dissatisfaction – If you are not satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days, and Welcome Baby will exchange it or issue a credit or refund. Return and original delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Handling
How long will it take to get my order? Turn around time: Custom orders are usually sent within 3 to 4 business days. If you want to rush your order there is a $10.00 RUSH fee per shirt, onesie or set of custom labels and a $20.00 RUSH fee per embroidered Tote with Tee. RUSH orders are sent the same day or next business day depending on the time and day ordered. You can also upgrade your shipping to Overnight Express Mail.
